Software and Platform Development Directorate is responsible for developing city-wide solution architectural framework and software that follows international standards, conducting and analyzing software development feasibility studies, selecting suitable technologies and preparing system design, various software systems, portal/website, database/data warehouse, mobile application; E-learning development; Geographical Information System Platform; The directorate is responsible for developing open data portals and digitizing e-government data and making the developed systems work together.
