Information technology infrastructure and design directorate is responsible for implementing information technology infrastructure in accordance with international standards. it examine and determine the viability of the development of infrastructure and select appropriate technology, prepare design and develop information network, data center, communication, computing (server facility), and security infrastructure. It will also offer usage instruction once the infrastructure has been constructed and finalized. The task of developing, enhancing, and implementing new technology falls within the purview of this directorate. The directorate expands the scope of information technology infrastructure in order to modernize the municipal administration's service delivery system.
